Rochdale fashion retailers are being urged to sign up for a free customer service workshop, on Monday June 25, 2012.

The focus of the workshop, which is being run by Thierry Bayle of retail consultants Management One, is improving the customer experience and persuading shoppers to return to Rochdale.

It is the first in a series of special retail workshops organised by Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council.

Thierry Bayle will discuss 'The 5 Ws of Customer Service: What, Why, Where, When and Who'.

• The Thierry Bale customer service workshop runs from 10am to 2pm on Monday June 25, 2012, at Rochdale Town Hall’s Unique Enterprise Centre.
• Interested retailers need to pre-register by calling the Rochdale Borough Council team on 01706 926641.
• The event is free to attend for those in Rochdale.
• Subsequent customer service workshops organised by the Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council will be subject to a small fee.
